Classes Offered:
Little Tap Dancers:
Through songs, rhythms, and sounds children created with their tap shoes, they improve their coordination, music-rhythm sensitivity, balance, concentration, and brain activities. Students learn
in a supportive environment and they should wear dance attire and tap shoes.

Rhythmic Gymnastics:
Do you know how to twirl a ribbon, a rope or play with a hula hoop or ball?
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, Gymnastics, theatrical dance, and apparatus manipulation. Every kid between 6 and 14 is invited to join this skillful and elegant training class. This program offers a lot of physical flexibility training and mind discipline development with fun and beauty appreciation.

Musical Theater-Hip Hop-Jazz:
Do you want to learn the hip hop moves from High School Musical or join the school team? Besides learning routines with current popular songs, floor exercises will integrate the components of hip-hop, jazz, strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance training. Join this class with friends and have fun dancing. In 12 weeks, your children will learn a routine and be able to perform in their school talent shows!

Breakin n Poppin:
If you have always wanted to learn how to break, you don’t want to miss out this unique class! After the session, you will learn how to do 6 steps, C-C, up-side down pose, and heart beats… Basic to advance floor work and footwork will be taught for your individual needs, and upper body strength and development are achieved.

Join us for the newest trend in aerobic-Latin style workouts with professional ballroom teachers!! Story Dance: (for both Boys & Girls)
Students enjoy a class designed to bring the magic of ballet to life through story-dance where they explore creativity and self-expression with cool costumes and props. Dancers will enjoy warm ups and ballet progressions with new concepts presented each week. (Participants should wear comfortable clothes. $20 costumes rental fee will be paid in the 1st class. Instructors have supplies for dancewear/shoes.)
Yoga:
Through a series of fun yet challenging positions and stretches, Yoga combines the practice of improving the soul and toning the body.
Martial Arts (Judo and Kumdo):
Try Kumdo, the modern martial art of fencing.
